Black Bean & Corn Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 1 155oz can black beans
  • 4 ears fresh sweet corn, cooked and removed from the cob
  • 1 12oz can Rotel diced tomatoes
  • lime juice, half a line
  • 1/3 c. red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. cilantro, chopped

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl. Stir gently to mix it up thoroughly. Cover and store in refrigerator.
