Ingredients:
- 8 oz fusilli pasta
- 2 c halved grape tomatoes
- 8 oz mozzarella pearls
- 1/4 c fresh basil
- 1/4 c basil pesto
- 2 T mayonnaise
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 t lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cook pasta to al dente, drain, and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together pesto, mayonnaise, milk, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice.
3. Add cooked pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, and chopped basil; toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving. Garnish with additional basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
