Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 2 pieces sourdough bread
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 pieces bacon cooked until crispy
- 1/2 jalapeno thinly sliced
- 3 Tablespoons blackberry jam
Directions:
- Butter one slice of bread and place it, butter side down, in a skillet.
- Spread with jam, then add cheese, bacon, and jalapeƱos.
- Top with a second slice of buttered bread, butter side up.
- Heat the skillet to medium and grill 4-5 minutes on each side, until the cheese is fully melted and the bread is golden brown.
